Derek is testing a heavy duty diesel starter he just rebuilt with our TB710 starter/alternator tester. ________________
This block is being finished honed with our CV616 Cylinder King. When using torque plates this machine is capable of cylinder bores straight and round to .0002 (2 tenths of one thousandths). Cylinder leak down rates are the heart and soul of any high performance engine. ________________
Crankshafts are balanced with our Stewart Warner Pro-Bal. Here we are finishing a 540 big block Chevy assembly. ________________
This Dart block is being decked on our CBN mill utilizing BHJ fixtures. ________________
This Dart Little M block
is being align honed in our Ch100. Line Bore tolerances are
held to .0002.
